This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines how arvenza responds to claims of copyright infringement and describes the procedures for submitting and responding to such claims. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our platform to do the same.
1. Overview

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent of a copyright owner, and you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification pursuant to the DMCA. Your notification must include the following information:

- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We recommend that you submit your notice via email for the fastest response. Notifications that do not comply with all of the requirements described above may not receive a response.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on the platform was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court in the appropriate venue for a judicial action;
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. The original complaining party will then have a period of time to seek a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity. If no such court order is obtained within the applicable time period, we may, in our sole discretion, restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, arvenza has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our platform or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
6. Modification of Content
When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at our discretion while processing a DMCA claim. The removal of content pursuant to a DMCA notice is not an admission of any liability on the part of arvenza or the affected user.
7. Good Faith and Abuse
7.1 Good Faith Requirement
All DMCA notices and counter-notifications submitted to arvenza must be made in good faith. By submitting a DMCA notification, you acknowledge that you are making representations under penalty of perjury. Submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice may result in civil or criminal liability.
7.2 Misuse of the DMCA Process
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. arvenza reserves the right to seek damages from any party who submits a DMCA notice or counter-notification in bad faith or with the intent to harass, abuse, or harm another party.
8. Third-Party Content and Platforms
Our platform may include links to third-party websites, services, or content. arvenza does not control such third-party content and is not responsible for any alleged copyright infringement occurring on external platforms. If you believe that third-party content linked from our platform infringes your copyright, you should contact the relevant third-party provider directly.
9. Intellectual Property Rights of arvenza
All content created and published by arvenza, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, software, and educational resources, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Notifications and Response Time
We aim to acknowledge receipt of DMCA notifications within a reasonable timeframe and to act on valid notices as promptly as practicable. Response times may vary depending on the volume of requests received. Submission of a DMCA notice does not guarantee immediate removal of content, and we reserve the right to assess each claim individually.
